Transitional Living Program

UFC's Transitional Living Program (TLP2)  provides life skills, apartment monitoring, mentoring to DCFS wards charted for emancipation from the system.

The TLP2 Program's main goal is to prepare and assist youth who are in substitute care for eventual independent living and adult life.  UFC has a successful and impressive track record servicing distressed youths and their families.
