Youth Working For Success
Youth Working For Success is a 15 week three phase civic leadership program designed to empower justice involved youth to develop leadership skills, address issues impacting their communities, and prepare them for employment.
We provide Intensive skills training, Social Entrepreneurship/Service Learning Project: 50 hours project-based minimum wage work experience and 30 hours training and education over five week period and Social Change worksite placement: 100 hours minimum over eight weeks at minimum wage and 3 hours of training and supervision per week.
